From the very start of my career, my passion has lied in commercial property and delivering excellent client service.

Over the last 45 years, my experience has spanned the entire commercial property industry, from the strategic level of Asset and Facilities Management through to the massively detailed and diverse areas of Mechanical & Electrical Services, Design & Build and Compliance.

I have discovered that my deep and wide knowledge of the industry combined with a common sense approach centred on a ‘what’s in the best interests of the Client’ approach is pretty unique. This enables me to provide solutions to all my clients’ property needs because I understand not only the ‘why’ of successful property business but also the ‘how’.

Callum is an increasingly important part of our Project Management Team and a great character to have around.

An energetic and enthusiastic individual with a keen sense of Customer Service. He really enjoys the day to day interaction on site with both our Clients and all of our supply chain that help to produce the quality projects that we are increasingly being known for.

Callum is also experienced in fire alarm and emergency lighting design and maintenance and is a qualified British Red Cross First Aider.

He has extensive experience in our Health and Safety processes and keeps on top of our obligations to both our Clients and Sub Contractors to make sure that everybody completes a top quality job safely.

It’s funny how things work out but having been involved with Sense Design Build on a freelance basis while being at University doing my Degree and then Master’s Degree I am now on board Full Time and absolutely loving it.

It’s great to be working in such a diverse environment where no two days are ever the same and I am already realising the really strong relationships that the Team have with our clients on every project we do.

We have some amazing sub-contractors that are a real asset to the ethos of really giving form to the needs that our clients have. Our Design Team isn’t just about producing wacky designs for the sake of it, we want to make sure that the Designs work functionally and technically in accordance with our Clients branding and aspirations.
